Biography
Formed in 1997 dharmakaya existed for a total of two years releasing one EP before disbanding in 1999. The band took the midwest DIY house show scene by storm during their short tenure with copies of their original hand-dubbed cassette being duplicated and passed along throughout the scene. The band exhumed a form of political high energy melodic hardcore akin to Minor Threat and Fugazi, even earning praise from the latter in the form of a hand-written postcard for the track 'Continuum'.

Now remastered, Self Group will be rereleasing the band's lauded s/t EP on February 19th 2019, never before released digitally.
